I have walked from my house to Tower Bridge and back today.
I found a great little back alley pub.
I left when the men with the nicely shaved heads continued glaring at me. Apparently I was wearing the wrong color shirt to be in an Arsenal pub.
I made a point of being nice and stopping so that tourists could take their pictures in front of whatever piece of opulence suited them.
I ate an ice cream while strolling through Wapping.
Only reason I bloody walked is because I couldn't figure out what bus would get me home.
That'll be enough of that healthy stuff thank you very much.
