Tech help needed.

Ok what I am trying to thin of is the product name of something.

It is a thingymajig that you can slot into a port (?) on your laptop to get internet access.

Now, I am NOT talking about a wireless card or wireless USB adapter thing.

I am talking about that thing that is like a portable router (?) that you pay monthly charges for just like the router at your house.

Any idea anyone?
