Now, is it really considered 'stealing' when the cat won't leave me alone? I like to have my doors open on a nice day ( they are far and few between ) to let nice fresh air into the house and when I do the cute moggy from over the road likes to stroll in and take a look around. I do NOT feed it, I do NOT pet it .. heck I don't even talk to it. When I see it in the house I imediately usher it out. Yet it keeps coming back. I have just moved into my new house and don't want to start a feud with my new neighbors. What do I do. I certainly can't be cruel to the cat (i.e hit it to scare it away). The ironic thing is that I am wanting a cat. I have contacted the Cats Protection Leaugue about adopting a cat. What do I do? Do I take the cat over to the neighbors next time it comes in and expolain to them "here's your moggy and I'm not stealing it" or do I buy cat food, steal the cat and deny seeing it when they start asking around? evil grin
